The leadership team at Kucheza Sports has a wealth of combined playing and coaching experience, with hundreds of hours of combined coaching experience and thousands of combined hours spent on sports fields ourselves.
Freddie Merrett
Freddie founded Kucheza Sports in his U6th year at school, giving him the platform to further his deep love of coaching.
Playing honours include captaining his Gloucestershire County Cricket age group sides for several years and winning the British Universities Men's Football Championship with Durham in 2023.

Will Merrett
Will currently leads masterclass coaching for Kucheza Sports alongside his role leading the Junior Programme at Lechlade Cricket Club.
A decorated sportsman, Will is currently a professional football player at Forest Green Rovers, and in previous years represented Gloucestershire County Cricket in his age group sides.
